The second leg of my journey was a replacement bus service. Unfortunately the ticket seller seems to have underestimated the time to do the journey. The expected 20 minutes took 40 minutes.
I missed my connection by five minutes, now I am stuck at the station for another hour.
Also the first leg, I had a reserved seat. But something had gone wrong and none of the reservations had been displayed. There was an announcement that they would fix it after the next stop but I was only going one stop.
I had to search three carriages before I found a seat.
